Pratham Silver provides 925 hallmarked sterling silver products. And with it we got you covered in case there is a damage or a manufacturing defect with the product. Feel free to write to us at care@prathamsilver.com within 3 days of the date of delivery and we will send you a replacement once reviewed.
 
Pratham Silver products come with our warranty, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewellery occurs. Just contact us, email your case and we’ll send you a replacement.

We test our products for all non intentional wear and tear and we can stand by their quality, hence 100% guarantee on purity of the product and a lifetime buy back or exchange policy at silver price. (Return/exchange value will be calculated on the actual silver weight of the product multiplied with current silver rate).
 
This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like damage to a bracelet lock or key-scratches), any modifications you do to it, or don’t use it the way it was intended to, any such damage is not covered in our warranty.
